• Bring anything else you like at meetings; like water to drink.

We'll meet for a virtual video call on Google Meet. Turning your video camera "on" is optional, but preferred. If you need to call in (no video required), there is a phone number included with the meeting link you can use. You'll get instructions via email with how to connect before we meet.

Yes. We also offer a half-day session (4 hours). Or you can get multiple hours back-to-back (up to 4 hours per day).

Yes. But we only discuss one business per session. You're welcome to invite whoever you think should sit in on your session.

The best way to invite someone is to click the "Add Guests" button when picking your meeting time. This will send them an invitation with the Zoom link and let your host know you're bringing a guest.

If you don't do that, you can still share the meeting details with anyone after you've booked and let your host know when the meeting starts that you're expecting someone so we can let them in.

One business per session is the rule because our time is limited. But you can always book another session at a later date if you have more to figure out.

Yes, provided there are no technical hiccups preventing us. If you don't want the meeting recorded, you'll be given the opportunity to decline recording prior to starting our session.

You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of our meeting. The link to reschedule is in the email that confirms your booking. If you reschedule, you must complete your session within 90 days of purchase. If you don't reschedule within 90 days or miss the 24 hour window to reschedule, your session becomes a no-show cancellation and no refund will be provided.

You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance of our meeting to receive a full refund. If you don't cancel and fail to show up, your session will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be provided.

Yes we have a money-back guarantee under two scenarios.

1. If you don't like the session or coach during the first 15 minutes, we will end the session and provide a refund.
2. If Rachel can not provide you with one piece of advice to improve your marketing, she will give you a refund.
